THE BUSINESS OBJECTIVE
Host a high-impact, strategic, story driven gala that deepens community engagement, elevates Rotary’s profile, and drives generous philanthropic investment in its local and global service projects.
The Strategy
From first touch through post event communications, this story-rich, high-touch gala experience was focused on:
- Eelevating Rotary’s brand in the community
- Immerse guests in the impact of their service-above-self model
- Move guests from casual supporters to deeply engaged, long-term advocates, members and investors.

The Tactics
Dynamic visuals played across invitations, registration portal, club website and numerous digital and printed materials.
Wall sized sponsor banner and photo booth backdrop, along with the program, game cards, curtain warmer, and table tents reinforced the impact of Rotary locally and abroad.
Why I joined/why I stay pocket cards included an invitation to join these people of action as they turn compassion into lasting change.
Immersive Experience
Building on Rotary International’s 2025-2026 Unite for Good theme, print and digital assets shared a cohesive visuals and messaging.
Pull-up banners showcased Rotary’s 7 areas of focus, reinforcing the diverse ways Rotary is doing good locally and on a global scale. Hosts at each banner had talking points and related stories of impact to share.
From vaccinating children against polio in Ethiopia to supporting large-scale health initiatives in Uganda, Zambia, and other countries, keynote speaker Jenny Andrews has lived Rotary’s motto “Service Above Self”, bringing together clubs, partners, and communities to create lasting change across the globe.

The Results
The Rotary Gala delivered outstanding results, welcoming new members into the club, creating a memorable evening that energized the community, and raising more than $50,000 to fuel Rotary’s local and global service projects.
